Anti-virus upgrades disabled Zotero - what do I do now?

I'm a member of a small university research team and we've recently switched from EndNotes to Zotero. It's the first time we've used it and I've been designated the 'techie'. Thus far the support page and forums have been able to answer all my questions and it's been a relatively smooth transition.

However, my supervisor upgraded her anti-virus program (AVG) this morning and she reports the Zotero icon in her browser has disappeared. She was using version2.0 fine over the weekend. What should she do to get her Zotero up and running again? Does it need to be reinstalled?
