Create a specific note for every new library item added to collection

I now do that systematically for every new item added to collection. It is tedious because some formatting and a lot of mouse clicks are involved.

Is it possible to do so **by default** for every new item creation, restricting such automatic creation of a note to specific items in a given set of items, e.g. {journal_article, book, book_section} ?
