add/edit citation not working properly

In fact, when I tried to add a citation the window that used to appear before my computer reinstallation, does not appear anymore.

Here what I have done, I have reinstalled de plugin using this pathway in zotero: references, traitement de texte and click the button to insert plugin. I got the message that it was succesfull. I have checked the box to use the classic windows. I have restarted the computer and nothing changed. I have done it twice, nothing changed.

Any Idea of what the problem is?

    Make sure the citation dialog isn't just appearing behind your other windows. The citation dialog window is part of the Zotero app.
