Using Zotero with Qustodio
Hello,
I am using a computer that has Qustodio installed, which I believe is interfering with Zotero. I am unable to use Feeds nor retrieve citations using the DOI.
Please let me know how I can solve this issue.
Thank you and take care

How about you?
Step 1)
- Download Firefox if you do not already have it
- Open Firefox and type in the address bar: about:config
- In the search box above the list, type: root
- Double-click the security.enterprise_roots.enabled preference to switch the value from false to true
Step 2)
- Go to the following directory: /Users/[your username] --> Note: You can open the app Terminal and type in the following command and press enter to find this directory: open /
- Press CMD+SHIFT+[dot or period or "."] --> Note: This is to show the hidden files and directories on your Macbook to access the hidden directory Library
- Go to the directory: /Users/[username]/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles
- There will be one or more directories that look something like this: 1xwfz9bh.default-release
- Look in each of these directories to find the one that contains the files cert9.db, key4db, and pkcs11.txt
- Copy these files
Step 3)
- Go to the directory: /Users/[username]/Library/Application Support/Zotero/Profiles
- Paste the files cert9.db, key4db, and pkcs11.txt into all of the directories that look like this: 1xwfz9bh.default-release --> Note: for me there were two directories that looked like this, so I pasted the files in both directories just to be sure
