Upgrade StorageTags in tag selector don't load in macOS Ventura after zotero started
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open zotero (all add-ons disabled) and wait for the items and tags to load;
2. When everything is loaded, only 3 tags are visible in the tag selector;
3. Collapse then expand the tag selector;
4. All tags are visible.
I cannot reproduce on Ubuntu 22.04.1

dstillmanYes, this can happen occasionally — some sort of timing bug at startup. It might fix itself in Zotero 7, but for now, you can probably just slightly resize the target selector to force it to refresh.
