Can't see nor download attachments

Hello,

These are my settings for the library:
Group type - Public closed
Library reading - anyone on the internet
Library editing - only group admins
File editing - only group admins

I've created a member through the invitation to check if everything is working properly.

Attached PDF's does not show preview nor are able to be downloaded.
Also for some of them, I've had cover page pdfs or pictures which again do not show.

However when I login as an admin and go to the attachment, it asks me if I'd like to open or download.

    Files in public closed groups are only accessible to group members. Zotero doesn't allow public file sharing.

    Yes, I've created a public closed group and created a member besides admin to check, but it still does not let me see nor download

    You have 24 attachments in that library, and files for all of them have been synced. Any group member can open them from the web library when logged in.

    If you think something isn't working, can you take a screenshot, upload it somewhere (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.), and provide a link here?

    Just figured it out. After creating the member, I didn't approve it from the other end. Sorry, just learning this. Thank you for your help
