Invalid username or password

  • same happening to me - my desktop has stopped syncing and when I try to trigger it, I throws an error message " Invalid username or password", even though I was logged in. I have now changed my password but still getting the same error message. Any ideas what I could do next?
  • I see two successful logins from you from today, and no other login attempts.

    If you're still having trouble, we'd want to see a Debug ID for a sync attempt that fails.
  • @brunnhuberk: Regarding your email, your employer's Zscaler security software is blocking all network requests from Zotero. (That's also why you can't submit the debug output directly.) You'll need to talk to them. You can share this page:
