My Library doesn't show up on Zotero on Windows

Running Zotero 6.0.20 on Linux, works well, synced data with web library.
For various reasons, I'm running Zotero 5.0.58 on Windows. Integration with Word works fine, I can see and access libraries that are shared with me, but I don't see anything in My Library, even after syncing.
Naively tried copying my Linux zotero.sqlite to the Zotero directory in Windows, but of course it didn't work; said it needed v6 or higher.
I can't upgrade the zotero version on Windows.
Any way to get it to see my library? I figured syncing would take care of it.

There's a red ! next to the sync button and it says 'This version of Zotero is too old to sync. Please upgrade to a current version to continue syncing,' which I know should be the answer, but it's working fine with the shared libraries.

Pretty sure it is what you suspect already: My Library won't sync with old (very old...) versions. Not sure why it's working for groups, but I don't see a way to get a v6 library onto a v5 install, sorry.

Yes, versions that old (November 2018!) shouldn't be able to sync at all. It looks like certain groups requests were still being allowed by mistake, but we've fixed that now. Versions that old jeopardize library data and server stability and can't be allowed.

OK, makes sense.
Any ideas about my other thread about getting zotero to work in WINE then (which is why I'm using 5.0.58). Upgrading Zotero breaks Word integration.
