Switch word processor from Word to Google docs not working.

I've been trying to switch my document from Word to Google docs with my Zotero references using the "Switch word processor" option.

I'm convinced I performed all steps as I should, though after the procedure the links still don't appear.

Here's the steps broken down:

- In Word I select the option. The message appears on top of the document and it adds a few links below.
- I open the document now in Google docs and select the "save as Google document" optino from the menu
- The Google version is now opened. I go to the Zotero tab and click refresh
- A pop-up message from Zotero comes asking if I want to restore. I click to restore references.
- It does it's thing, the automatically generated message disappears and the document restores to it's original format.

Result: still no working links, references are still not recognized as being Zotero generated links...
Basically it's the same thing as if I would migrate the document without all of the steps above...

Is this a known issue? Any solutions or recommendations?

That certainly sounds like you're doing everything right -- how are you checking that the links aren't working?
