Unable to install

Everytime I wanna run the downloaded file "Zotero-6.0.20_setup", the following Appliaction Error message appears: "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the applicaiton."

Windows 11, newest updates, Surface Pro X
