Endnotes that refer to page/paragraph - no inline marker

I'd like to have endnotes refer to a page and paragraph # OR to a snippet of text - that is, not have any superscripts or other mark in the text. A lot of non-fiction books use this style. What is it called, and can Zotero do this? Thanks!
  • I don't think it has a name, and no, Zotero can't do that, nor can I think of any reasonable way it technically could. It's typically done manually at the end of writing a non-fiction manuscript, I believe.
As I've indicated in the other thread you posted to, it's fairly easy to delete all endnotes in a manuscript or otherwise make citations disappear, so you can insert placeholder citations and then manually do the replacements at the end.
