Network connection has an error

I meet the same problem. I installed it and when I tried to open it says the network connection has an error. But the connection works and I can use all other websites.

What's the exact error you're receiving? If you're talking about a message within Zotero itself saying "Error connecting to server. Check your Internet connection.", see Connection Error.
