How to re-link ZotFile directory

I have been using Zotero together with [ZotFile](http://zotfile.com/) to keep the PDFs separated from the database in an older computer. Now I moved to a new computer and have Zotero running. After logging in and sync-ing with the Zotero cloud account I have all my database but cannot fix the linking to the PDFs, which I have in a specific directory. I have already installed ZotFile and set the proper directory in the configuration, but it still does not work.

How can I fix this?

The latest version of Zotero will automatically offer to relink linked files within your configured Linked Attachment Base Directory. ZotFile settings just determine where linked files are created.
