Not able to cope note from annotations to word (with Embedded images)

I have been trying to extract notes with images embedded in my notes but every time I try to copy it in word, Zotero crashes and when I restart it, The images in notes get corrupted so I have to make a new note from annotations again.

Can someone suggest a fix for this problem?

    1) Does Zotero crash completely?
    2) Not possible to provide a Debug ID?
    3) Have you tried to disable extensions?
    4) Are there cases when you can successfully copy annotations with images and that doesn't crash Zotero?
