[Feature Request] Two missing document types

Hey Zotero,

There are two item types that I use frequently but which are not supported currently:

1) Standards - these are documents like those published by ISO and IEC, as well as every regional, national, or trade group standardization body, and

2) Legislation - Acts, regulations, instruments

I'm sure I'm not the only user who might need these item types - anyone writing engineering papers or legal papers would need them too.

    2. Bill and statute already exist. Those cover most cases of legislation.

    Hello, to add to this conversation I am In Australia and stature and Bill do not cover what we consider to be legislation. How can I add that to the Item Type?
