Is Zotfile no longer working?

I tried to rename PDFs using Zotfile and nothing seems to be work. I've tried removing/uninstalling and adding it again but nothing.

It's still working, but we can't provide support for it.

(though there are probably enough people using ZotFile around here that you might get an answer if you say a bit more what you're trying. The first thing to check would be a) your ZotFile preferences and b) that manual renaming using Zotfile -- i.e. manage attachments--> Rename and Move -- doesn't work anymore.
