Upgrade StorageCHARACTER DISPLAY ERROR in Zotero with german special characters (ä,ö,ü)

it seems so that zotero has problems with displaying ä, ü, ö in zotero. When I import bibliographic information with for example an ISBN code ä, ü,and ö are correctly displayed, but when Ithen want to delete an ä, ü or ö in the title of my book I have to delete two characters: with the first delete just the points above the letter are deleted, and ä changes to a.
The problem is that when you drag and drop bibliographic information for example from zotero to word, character display errors occur! ä, ü and ö are not correctly displayed, their points are out of alignment.
