In-text citations are coming in CAPS

Hello, I just installed Zotero on MacOS and installed the plug-in for Microsoft Word. I import books into the library using the ISBNs, which imports them correctly (Author and Title in sentence case). However, when I do in-text citation of the same material correctly imported, the in-text citation is generated in CAPS (e.g. MITCHELL ET. AL, 2022). When I create the bibliography, the full reference is in correct sentence case.

Which citation style have you picked in the document preferences (https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_usage#document_preferences)? It sounds like you might have chosen one that uses all caps citations.
