more external-pdf-editor-made annotation recognition

As title suggests, I found several types of annotation made by other pdf editor can not be recognized by the zotero pdf reader (i.e. you can not select those annotation in zotero pdf reader), for example the "colored selected area" annotation(made through xodo pdf editor's square functionality), every hand written annotation, etc. While those types of annotation can be recognized in every other pdf editor.
will future version of zotero pdf reader support "importing" more of those annotation?
