Blank window on startup

  • Is there any update on this?
    I tried to uninstall it, and remove all files from my system. after installing again it appears a blank window. It is quite frustrating. No errors in the error console, just warnings. Experiencing this with Zoreto 3.0.20 and macOs Ventura 13.1

    There are no compatibility problems with Ventura — whatever you're seeing is unrelated.

    Can you take a screenshot of what you're seeing, upload it somewhere (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.), and provide a link here?

    Also, we'd want to see a Debug ID for Zotero startup, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option.
