My book just came out, after years of effort, and writing it would have been immensely more difficult without the marvelous tools that you have created, maintained and improved over the years. On top of all that you have patiently entertained all kinds of user inquiries--and now I discover that there is even an iPad app, a huge leap forward that will enable me to conduct all my reading from here on lying down, the way God intended. To the entire staff, many many thanks.
