Upgrade StorageError Persisting Even in Retyped Document
I am helping a student who is having an issue with the dotted line under resources and things not syncing properly in a 24-page document. Any new source she adds at this point gets the underline, and when she tries to refresh, the document jumps down to the Works Cited, and the underlining remains in the footnote.
Automatic Updates is ON. The student is able to add sources normally to a new document without issue. We tried duplicating the document, but the error persisted in the copy. The student has tried re-typing the entire document from scratch, but the same error occurs in the new document.
The student is using SBL, and is working on a Mac.
We aren't sure what else to try. Duplicating the document has generally worked for students with similar issues in the past. Any ideas what we could do next?
