Zotero connector proxy settings have no effect on Linux
Hi,
I have two computers, one with Window 10 and one with Debian. Both have Firefox plugin installed but only the one on the Windows machine is noticing when I'm accessing some website through a proxy (like Cairn for example) and actually redirecting me if I'm trying to reach it without the proxy. On the Debian machine, it's just like it doesn't see anything particular.
Does anyone have an idea why?

You can see the proxy settings in the Proxies pane of the Zotero Connector preferences and manually add both a proxy entry and hosts if you want.
This is what I did, several times. But the Zotero Connector on the Linux machine does not see anything. Nor my manually edited parameters have any effect.
I reinstalled the connector with no effect.
If you don't think it's working, we'd want to see a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for loading a page that doesn't get redirected, as well as the full value of
proxies.proxies
from the Config Editor in the Advanced pane of the Zotero Connector preferences. You can send the latter to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread if you don't want to post it here.I deactivated all extensions, copied the parameters. It was still not working.
I found another forum post where you mentionned the right-click/reload via proxy function. I tried that and it worked.
Now it is working without the need to reload via proxy and, moreover, it has detected two more websites and works perfectly.
I reactivated the extensions and it works the same.
Thank you for your kind help.
