Upgrade Storagerefreshing error (updating error)
I am having an issue refreshing Zotero citations in Mac-word. I am receiving the message "Zotero experienced an error updating your document."
I have read the forums and tried every item on the troubleshooting page!
Somebody, please help me solve this problem. It is a 300-page long word document with numerous citations using Zotero.

adomasvenYou actually need to go through every step of the troubleshooting page. Note down what happened at each step. Also post a Report ID.
