Upgrade StorageJudge whether it is duplicated according to languages

For example, I have a French reference in my library. As for writing articles, the journal requires that non-English references should be translated into English. So, I will add a new reference whose all information is organized in English in the library. But these two references will have the same DOI. So, both references will be judged to be duplicated in Zotero. Of course, I need to keep both references and don't want it shows on the *Duplicate items*. So, how about adding a toggle to control whether to show duplicate items with different languages?
