Upgrade StorageUnderlined citations not updating even with manual refresh

I am working in quite a long word document. I have turned off 'automatically update citations' and have been periodically refreshing. For most of the citations this is working fine. I have two footnotes that have remained underlined even after multiple refreshes. They are newer items in my zotero list/database so I don't know if that is connected. I have tried quitting and refreshing zotero and the word document and have updated zotero and the issue remains.

dstillman Zotero TeamIf you made manual edits to those citations and told Zotero not to update them, the underline might remain. If that's the case, clicking the citation and clicking Add/Edit Citation should trigger a prompt for whether to reset them. Otherwise, just delete and reinsert them.
