Highlights on documents don't sync

I recently changed my computer and I set up zotero on the new computer. All the files are right as well as the notes, but the highlights on documents disappear. I also use the iPad version of zotero, and the highlights there are all right.
Please help me!!!

Are you using an external PDF reader?

I use WebDav on onedrive to sync all the files, so do the highlights are synced using Webdav? Or they are sync through zotero's account? If they are synced using webdav, it' s the problem of onedrive server
