Wrong text color for deselected tabs in dark mode on Linux (GNOME)

The currently selected tab in dark mode on Linux uses black text and a white background (i.e., in the tab toward the top itself, not in the opened document), but the non-selected tabs use black text and a dark background, which makes it almost impossible to see the title of the opened document in those tabs. Is there a way to fix this?
