website bibliography: link to Zotero group

Hello: is there a way to link to a public Zotero group for generating a bibliography with a chosen CSL format that is then displayed on a web site so that each time I add citations to this group, the website will automatically update as well?

Depends on how the website is built.
See https://www.zotero.org/support/plugins#website_integration for some options. The more sophisticated ones are based on the Zotero API, which you can also use with (fairly simple) PhP directly to do this.
