Doesn't allow me to put citations in the text

I'm working on a study and i use google docs, when i press the zotero button in docs for add a citation it says uploading my document, please wait, and in the app bar of progress it stays forever charging and doesn't allow me to put citations on the doc or sometimes it never appears anything when i press the add citations button
Already deleted the app, reinstalled the extension and everything, PLEASE HELP

    Disable your other browser extensions (particularly Google Docs Offline), reload Google Docs, and try again.

    Make sure the citation dialog isn't just appear behind your other windows. That's the most likely cause of this. The citation dialog window is part of the Zotero app.

    If you're sure it's not that, restart your browser and Zotero and provide Debug IDs from Zotero and from the Zotero Connector for an attempt that stalls.
