I have encountered a problem. I cannot open one pdf file from my Zotero library. However, the file can be opened from outside Zotero app. At the same time, other pdf files in the library do not have this problem. Zotero can open those files within the app itself. When trying to open this file, it says "loading...."

2) How much memory your computer has?
Also try to disable plugins and restart Zotero.
