Cant add citations in word, it freezes the documents.

When I click on add citation button it gives it a loading logo and freezes the document and I have to forcefully close it and resrtart again. I have not been able to add any citations.

    Could you submit a Report ID? What's the full version number of Word that you are using?

    Word's full version number= 22031300
    When I go in help on Zotero and checked it says there is report error.
    The Zotero version I am using is 6.0.18

    Have you tried restarting your Mac? Does it happen in a new document?

    Hey,

    I restarted my laptop and it was working but same problem has started. Every time I try adding a citation the word freezes and have to shut it down forcefully.

    Open Zotero, then open the Terminal (/Applications/Utilities/Terminal.app), paste

    ls ~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.Word/Data/.zoteroIntegrationPipe

    then press Enter and post the results of the command here? Make sure Zotero is running when running this command.

    Do you run any security software?
