Upgrade StorageError en la integración de Zotero ID de informe: 1807525905

I am using Zotero for the first time. I installed Zotero and plug ins for Edge and Windows without any problem. I already introduced a group of references in my library without issues. When i open my word document i can see and open Zotero menu. But, when i try to add a Citation in a Word document, always obtained the same Error message:
"Error en la integración de Zotero.
Zotero experimentó un error al actualizar su documento.
¿Te gustaría ver las instrucciones de resolución de problemas?"
¿Could you please help me to solve this situation?

adomasvenSorry, this is a Word bug. If you are working with a document in OneDrive, either save it somewhere on your hard disk, or remove any spaces " " in the filename.
