Zotero not synchronizing attachments with web library

Hi,

I have Zotero Standalone in a computer synchronizing with a web library and a second computer. Apparently is synchronizing well the items but not synchronizing attachments. Attachments are listed but not uploaded from computer A to the Web Library.
No error is reported in any of the places.
I have an unlimited account with synchronizing options set as "everything and automatically" and unload when necessary.
What I'm doing wrong?

    I have. I only didn't do the last part of the debug ID.
    Could this be caused because I didn't generate an item but uploaded the documents directly? Because some attachments are synchronized but others are not.
    Also, the problem seems only to happen with word files, not with pdf's
