Upgrade StorageUnable to cite within a specific document

The report ID of my problem is 1404073080. "Upload request 1/RA6ATTZ8 failed"
It goes with the message "[JavaScript Error: "Vous avez atteint votre quota de stockage Zotero pour les fichiers. Certains fichiers, indiqués ci-dessous, n'ont donc pas été mis en ligne. Veuillez noter que vos données bibliographiques Zotero, contrairement aux fichiers, continueront d'être synchronisées avec le serveur. I'm using Zotero with LibreOffice. I'm presently working on a document that we can call "doc1", which is 40 pages long, and in which I already quoted some references with Zotero.
The following problem has appeared for a few days: when I try to cite a reference in this document, it first appears in it, then all my Libreoffice documents suddenly close and Zotero stays open with the loading icon still going on, as if it was still loading. That bug does not happen with the other documents, in which I can cite without any problem.
I already tried to uninstall and reinstall Zotero, and to copy/paste the content of Doc1 in a new sheet / another document, and the problem stays the same.
Also note that my Zotero library has been full for some weeks; I don't know if that could be the source of the problem.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open "doc1"
2. Open Zotero
3. Click on "Add/Edit citation" and choose a reference to quote

adomasvenWhat version of LibreOffice are you running? The first thing to try is to switch to the newest stable version of LibreOffice.

bonannoThanks for your answer, I've installed the newest stable version (7.3.7 for professional use) but the problem remains the same : Zotero works for any document except for my Doc1.

adomasvenWhat version of Java are you running? Can you try updating that? Make sure you change which version LibreOffice uses in LibreOffice Tools -> Options -> Advanced. If that doesn't help, see Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents
