Group Library - I DON'T want attachments to be transferred

For copyrights reasons I don’t want the attachments of the items I transfer in my group library to be transferred. I clicked of “Sync attachment files in group libraries using Zotero storage” but the attachments steel appears on the web in “Notes and Attachments”
Can I do anything?
