Upgrade Storage"Create parent" and attachments: Inconsistent moving of attachment?
Sometimes when I do "Create Parent Item", it searches, finds some metadata, creates the parent, and moves the (PDF) attachment into the parent.
Other times, it searches, finds some metadata, creates the parent, and then (a) stays at the dialog box, with a blue line through the ISBN and (b) does NOT move the attachment, no longer how long I wait.
Can anyone explain what's happening, and what the right thing to do in this case is? Thank you!

adamsmithThe second scenario shouldn't happen. Do you have an ISBN for which it consistently does?
