Upgrade StorageErros when attempting to create bibliography, as usual

When clicking on add citation, the authors name come up, I can click on the author's work with the options given to me by Zotero's library. Then, when attempting got crate bibliography by clicking on "ADD/EDIT Bibliography," another error comes up. In lieu of the bibliography start to set up, it does not.
I have already tried to see if there were any updates, there are none. Why do these little issues always happen, Zotero? Something supposed to be so easy, makes my life a lot more difficult. Please help. Thank you.
