Reporting bug (no report ID possible)

Report ID: The bug prevents me from accessing a report ID. Zotero Error Report window appears, but no report ID is visible. Scrolling down is unresponsive. Message reads:

[JavaScript Error: "WebSocket connection closed: 1006 "]

[JavaScript Error: "The connection was refused when attempting to contact wss://stream.zotero.org/."{file: "chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/streamer.js" line: 155}]

Problem:
When I plug my laptop into my dock to use an external monitor, the font size on Zotero increases and the app becomes unresponsive. The View > Font Size control does not work (and 'smaller' is greyed out). I need to restart Zotero in order to get it working again. Less frequently, the problem occurs when unplugging the laptop from the dock and using Zotero from the laptop itself. In this case, the font has shrunk and cannot be enlarged. Again, the app is unresponsive until restart.

Details:
Computer: MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2019, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports)
System: Mac OS 12.4
Zotero version: 6.0.18

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Zotero
2. Unplug laptop from external dock and open laptop. Zotero will sometimes display a much smaller font size at this point, which sometimes corrects itself and sometimes does not.
3. Close laptop and plug laptop back into external dock
4. Zotero should now display a larger font and be mostly unresponsive. Entries can be clicked on, but scrolling will be disabled, some features will not be visible, and font size cannot be changed via View controls.
