Citations not saved

After purging all attachments from my library, Zotero Desktop is not saving Google Scholar citations anymore (through Firefox plugin, no error message but nothing happens).

I tried to reinstall both Zotero and the Plugin as well as synch and restart multiple times, but no luck.

    Can you provide a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector (rather than Zotero) for reloading the page and trying to save?

    It wouldn't have anything to do with purging files (though it's not clear what you mean by that — do you mean deleting attachments locally or using Purge Storage in My Library on the website?).

    Here's the Debug ID from Zotero Connector: D388275483.
    I deleted attachments locally and then synched the website.
    Saving citations from websites other than Google Scholar works fine at the moment.

    It looks like you're not getting a response from Google Scholar at all for bibliographic metadata requests. I'd guess you're just being rate-limited, but it could also be due to a firewall or security software blocking access or a temporary server problem on their end. (Saving from Google Scholar works for me, though.)
