J’ai installé en 2017, la version Zotero 5.0.33 sur mon ancien ordinateur.
Cette année 2022 sur un nouvel ordinateur, je me connecte avec la même adresse mail, mais je n’ai plus accès à mes anciens données et bibliographies de 2017.
J’ai impérativement besoin pour mon mémoire.

You never synced, so your data would only be on the computer where you last used Zotero. See Transferring a Library.

Malheureusement mon ancien ordinateur ne fonctionne plus, cela veut donc dire que je n'ai aucune possibilité de retrouver mes données?

I'm afraid not — not if you didn't sync and don't have a backup of that computer's data.

If the disk drive in your old computer is still functional then it should be possible to remove it and then connect it to your new computer as an external drive via adapter. If so, then the Zotero folder can be transferred to your new computer.
