References not inserting into Word

Hi. I'm encountering an issue when working on a document in Word. Starting a new document, and restarting Word & Zotero, has not fixed this.

When I go to insert a citation, the box isn't empty, but comes up with one reference (the same references each time). Even when trying to add another, and pressing enter - or editing the one that appears - does nothing to the text. It seems to be stuck on that one reference.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

    Are you working on a library/lab computer? Otherwise, have you tried restarting your computer and only opening Zotero and a single Word document? Does it work then?

    Thank you - success. I really should have known - when in doubt, turn it off and on again! I appreciate the prompt.
