Upgrade StorageSidebar TOC view - enhancements [pdf-reader]
1. I'd like to see the current position of the pdf reader in the left-hand sidebar TOC view with the corresponding header highlighted
2. I'd like to see the number of annotations per section in the left-hand sidebar TOC view in front of corresponding section.
