Hi, I need this style ISO-690 (full note, with Ibid., Română) but in Spanish. Thanks for your help

You need to edit the style, but that's super easy in this case.
In the very first line of the style, change the default-locale to "es-ES" and change name, self link and ID as explained here:
https://www.zotero.org/support/dev/citation_styles/style_editing_step-by-step
The "locale" section at the beginning of the style will mess things up for Spanish, so you can delete lines 20-35.
