Hello, how do I go about transferring my account to another person. I am off this project and someone else has stepped in. What is the best way of doing this?
If you really want to hand over the whole account, you can just add their email address in the account settings, remove yours, and let them reset the password using their email address.
If the storage subscription is using your credit card, you should disable auto-renewal in the storage settings.
I don't know what you mean by that, so you'd have to say more. You can obviously add an email address to an account.
If the person you're trying to transfer the account to already has a Zotero account with that email address, you'd have to either transfer it to another email address (e.g., an administrative account) or copy everything to a group library that you then share with that person.
