Zotero firefox won't save

I'm new to Zotero and the Zotero firefox add on doesn't work. No matter what website I'm on it doesn't save. Does anyone have any tips on how to fix this issue?

My ID is: 1227007771 and I went through those links and it still doesn't work. It always says 'An error occurred while saving this item'.
