Zotero iOS sync error

When I try to sync Zotero on iOS I get the error message "Sync failed (Remote sync in progress. Please try again in a few minutes.)" I sync my Zotero library using Zotero storage across multiple devices with no problem but on iOS this error message never resolves, even after a few minutes and no other device is syncing that I know of. New citations sync both directions, and I am able to download files from Zotero servers, but I cannot upload PDF files from my iOS device to Zotero servers. Here is a debug output when I attempted to sync (Debug ID: D1898131450).

    [ERROR] Zotero(+0000000): If-None-Match: * set but file exists
    We'll have to fix this in the app, but for now the fix would be to delete this attachment. Search for BQA76N65 in the app, go to the details pane, tap and hold on the attachment, move it to the trash, and then delete it from the trash. You can save a copy of the file first and replace it immediately — the problem isn't specifically related to this PDF. (It looks like the upload process just got interrupted, leaving the app in an unexpected state.)
