how can I abbreviate the first name "Per-Anders" to P.-A. ?

I have a number of authors in my database with first names like Per-Anders or Sascha-René. I want these to be abbreviated as P.-A. and S.-A. (with or without periods). Is this doable?

As far as I know, only in the new processor coming out next year. Here is the test for it.
