Style is not being loaded in Zotero Styles

shristi.pingu

A problem in Zotero style with ID num 707184182 has been reported.
Please look forward to the concern

dstillman

What do you mean by that? What exactly is happening?

Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through reproducing the problem, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?

shristi.pingu

Zotero is unable to load translators and style due to which citation is not being possible in word document.
What should I do to load styles?

dstillman

We need the Debug ID I asked for.

shristi.pingu

D140335424 This is the debug id

dstillman

No, that's not what I asked for. Again, we need a Debug ID for Zotero startup through reproducing the problem, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option.

shristi.pingu

oh okay

shristi.pingu

The Debug ID is D373424891 after restarting with logging enabled

dstillman

OK, thanks.

Can you go to your Zotero data directory, ZIP the 'translators' folder, and email it to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread? You can then delete the 'translators' folder and restart Zotero, and there's a good chance this will go away.

shristi.pingu

Yes this solved it
Thank You
But I was not able to email you the files as it was restricted

dstillman

As in you got an error when you tried to create the ZIP?

shristi.pingu

No, the mail I was trying to send you was said to be blocked for security reason even after I created the zip file
