Finding collections from one’s OS

    Find collections ans sub-collections from one's OS would be really nice If I can add that. I thought it was/ it is not possible for technical reasons but how real is it?

    No, and not sure where you got that — the discussion you posted to didn’t say anything about that.

    Collections are stored in the Zotero database. They also don’t work like filesystem folders, so it wouldn’t be possible to have a direct mapping without duplicating files.

    Aw ok, thanks for the explanation.

    ...how about the following b plan:
    get the collection link with Zutilo,copy and paste it in a simple text file; then name the file as the collection (and store it in some folder of your choice)?

    Maybe tedious and it would need some manual change as you rename your collections, but it might do the job?

    Is there a direct way to copy all your collections and subcollection name/tittle?
